- Special SEN Sessions: The arcade offers dedicated sessions for visitors with Special Educational Needs (SEN). These sessions provide a relaxed and sensory-friendly environment with reduced noise, adjusted lighting, and supportive staff to assist with various needs
- Discounted Admission: Pricing is concession-friendly—SEN or disabled guests and their carers can enter for about £5.95, while the standard fare is £9.99. Additional concessions may also be available;
- Wheelchair Accessibility: All areas of the arcade are wheelchair accessible, including entrance and restroom facilities. However, we do not rent out wheelchairs, and special assistance for wheelchair users is not provided beyond environmental accessibility
- Family & Other Facilities: The arcade is pushchair friendly and has designated areas for eating, though there no high chairs available. We do have baby changing facilities
