Family ticket includes a 10% discount and is applicable for two adults and two children between the ages 0f 5 and 16. Blue Light discount is 15% Disabled/carer tickets are half price, student discount is 10% and is valid for players 16 + that are in full time higher education. Valid on production of a college/NUS card.
Sessions can be booked for either 60 or 120 minutes. Please note that 120-minute bookings are not available for the last session of the day to ensure we adhere to our closing time.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult, and anyone entering the Arcade floor needs a ticket. Refunds are unavailable once booked and paid, but tickets may be transferable upon request, call to check.
Please arrive 10 minutes before session start to guarantee full play time as the end of your session may not be able to be extended if you are late.
Understand that some of the machines are old and may not always be available for your visit, please call to check if you wish. Please monitor your children at all times and treat our games with respect. Intentional damage will be charged directly to your card account from which you made your booking
Age: Under 12s must be with an adult (18+).
Bookings: Full payment required at booking. Deposits for parties/corporate hires are non-refundable.
BYOB: Allowed for private hires only. ID checks apply. Drunken or disruptive behaviour = removal without refund.
Safety: Follow staff instructions and machine safety notices. Some activities may not be suitable for certain health conditions.
Conduct: No abusive or damaging behaviour. You break it, you pay for it.
Belongings: We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Photos: You can take personal photos. We may take event photos for marketing – tell staff if you’d prefer not to be included.
